This policy explains how iaso health pty ltd ABN 35 621 345 695, trading as Medius Global, collects, uses, discloses and stores personal information in connection with Proxeno, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Proxeno is a venture of Medius Global and operates under Medius Global pending separate incorporation. Where this policy says we, it means iaso health pty ltd.

Data submitted through the GP sale readiness assessment may be used for benchmarking. Any published benchmarking data is deidentified and aggregated so that no individual practice, owner or person can be identified. We do not publish or disclose practice-specific data without explicit written consent.
Who we disclose it to
- Service providers who assist in operating the website, the tools or the business, such as hosting providers, email platforms and analytics services.
- Professional advisers, accountants and lawyers, where necessary to deliver services you have engaged.
- Regulatory or government bodies where required by law.
We require all third-party service providers to handle personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable privacy legislation.
Nothing you send through a form on this site is shared with any buyer or any seller.
Overseas disclosure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
