Fixed fees
Proxeno charges a fixed fee, set before the work starts. You know the cost of the sale before you commit to it, and the fee does not move with the price.
Proxeno is paid the same whatever the practice sells for, so it has no reason to push the price, and no reason to push you to sell now when preparing first would lift what you get.
How the market charges
A broker charges 6% to 12% of the sale price, with a minimum fee of $15,000 to $30,000. On a large sale the percentage sets the fee. On a small one the minimum does, so the effective rate climbs as the price falls: a $25,000 minimum on a $220,000 sale is about 11%, and higher on anything smaller. Below about $375,000 the minimum is worth more than the percentage, so the seller pays the minimum.

What Proxeno charges
The DIY package, where you run the sale on the platform and Proxeno supplies the matching, the documents and the workflow, is one fixed fee. A fully supported sale, delivered with a consultant, is a fixed base plus a fixed amount per GP. Either way the fee is documented before you engage, and you pay an upfront platform fee with the balance on completion.
The two assessments cost nothing. Preparation work to lift the practice before sale is optional, quoted before it starts, and you can skip it.
