We keep a national list of who owns Australian general practice: 6,393 practices and 340 group operators, mapped site by site and current at July 2026. An owner starts with a free readiness assessment, then decides whether to sell, prepare first or wait. Owners who sell choose whether to run it themselves with our forms, our documents and our buyer list, or to have an accredited consultant work alongside them.
We act for one side of any deal and we say which. We do not value practices. We never buy a practice or take an interest in one.

Dr Chris Mitchell AM, FAICD is co-founder and principal of Medius Global and a Rural General Practitioner and Rural Generalist with more than 35 years of experience in Northern NSW. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Past President of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He was previously Head of Adoption, Benefits and Change at the National eHealth Transition Authority (NEHTA). He has served on numerous health sector boards, including the RACGP, NPS MedicineWise, Therapeutic Guidelines Ltd, The Rural Doctors Network and North Coast GP Training. Chris was awarded Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in 2013 for services to general practice and received a Rural Doctors Network Rural Medical Service Award in 2025.
Tyson Reynolds is co-founder of New Frontier Health, a healthtech and consulting company servicing more than 150 Australian healthcare practices, which he grew from inception to a $10 million valuation in 18 months. He designed and built both the platforms and operations behind them, facilitating more than 5,000 multidisciplinary case conferences between health providers belonging to 22 different disciplines. He has negotiated enterprise agreements with multi-site general practice groups, national allied health practices and multiple national professional sports teams. He is an academic, having undertaken postgraduate research in general practice and public health at UNSW and Griffith University and holds further postgraduate health qualifications from La Trobe University and Torrens University. He is currently chief investigator for large-scale collaborative research examining multidisciplinary healthcare across 100 different sites. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Health Executives and the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association.
Kerron Bromfield is a health consultant with over 25 years of operational and executive management experience across healthcare and broader business sectors, with particular depth in regional and rural health service delivery. Her focus is primary care and urgent care, including the establishment, management and optimisation of general practices and Urgent Care Clinics in regional settings. Her consultancy work covers health and infrastructure planning, feasibility assessments, economic modelling and practice optimisation for communities outside metro catchments. Kerron is an accredited assessor with Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and co-author of 'Urgent care in the community: an observational study' (Journal of Health Organization and Management, 2021). She serves as Board Member and Treasurer for Healthy Ageing Partnerships and Maroochy Neighbourhood Centre.
Adam Mazzaferro is a corporate and commercial lawyer (BA, LLB, Grad. Dip. LP) with over 20 years of experience advising medical and health businesses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate/commercial law, corporate advisory and structured banking and finance. Alongside private practice as Partner at MillerPrince, he has eight years of in-house experience: as General Counsel and CEO of a medical centre group that grew from 2 to 12 practices during his tenure, and as General Counsel and key adviser to one of NSW and Queensland's largest pathology companies. His sector experience covers primary care, pathology, radiology, pharmacy, private hospitals, NDIS and allied health. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
