How we use your data
Two things on this site collect information about you: the registration forms, and the GP sale readiness assessment tool. They are covered separately below. What you tell either of them about your practice is commercially sensitive.

The registration forms on this site
These forms ask who you are.
What each form asks for
- Register your practice. Your name, email address, phone number, practice name, suburb or postcode, state, the timeframe you are considering a sale, and anything you choose to add.
- Record your criteria. Your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the regions or postcodes you are looking at, the practice size you are seeking, and anything you choose to add.
- Expression of interest. Your name, email address, phone number, the role that fits you, your business or practice name, and a description of the work you do.
Where it goes
Form submissions go directly to our Zoho CRM, on Zoho's Australian data centre. Your submission is not shared with any buyer or any seller. Nothing you send through these forms is published, listed or circulated, and registering does not put your practice on any register.
Consent, and opting out
Every form carries a consent checkbox that you have to tick yourself. It reads: I agree to Medius Global contacting me about this enquiry by email or phone, and sending me material relevant to selling a practice. I can opt out at any time. This is the consent to direct marketing that Australian Privacy Principle 7 and the Spam Act 2003 require. The wording on the buyer and network forms is the same, with the subject matter changed to suit.
We record that you consented and the date you did. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe is reflected back into the CRM so it holds for later sends as well. You can also opt out by emailing admin@iasohealth.com.au.
Cookies and analytics on this site
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser to do that. It is not used to identify you. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work. The assessment tool sets no cookies.
The GP sale readiness assessment tool
This tool asks about your practice's financials, operations and succession plans.
What we collect
Your assessment answers. The tool has 27 multiple-choice questions about business readiness covering EBITDA, billing structure, compliance, property, succession planning and related areas. Your answers are stored against a random ID, not against your name or practice.
Practice name. If you enter a practice name, it stays in your browser session and appears in your PDF report. It is never sent to our servers.
State, postcode and GP count. These are used within your session to provide context for your results. They are not stored.
Email address. Only collected if you choose to email yourself the report. It is used to send the email and is not stored in our assessment database. If you opt in to marketing communications, which is a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, your email address is stored in an isolated record that cannot be linked to your assessment results.
What we do not collect
- Your name
- Your patients' information
- Medicare or billing records
- Anything that identifies you personally unless you choose to provide it
Where your data is stored
Assessment answers and scores are stored on AWS infrastructure in the Sydney region (ap-southeast-2). Your browser's session storage holds temporary data, meaning scores, results and your practice name if you entered one, for the duration of your session. It clears when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
Assessment answers and scores are stored indefinitely. They contain no personal information: only your multiple-choice answers, category scores, and an overall readiness score, linked to a random ID. We use this data for benchmarking.
Email delivery
When you request your report by email, your report PDF is generated in your browser and never exists on our servers as a stored file. The PDF and your email address are sent from our server to a Medius-managed email service, which delivers the email to you. Your email address is not stored in the assessment database, and no copy of the report is retained on our servers after the email is delivered.
Cookies and tracking in the tool
The assessment tool does not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking service. No cookies are set by the tool itself.
Benchmarking
We use assessment results to build benchmarking data: for example, average scores by state or practice size. This is done using scores and category breakdowns only. No practice name, email address or individual identifier is included in benchmarking data.
Chatbot
The in-tool chat assistant sends your messages to an AI model (AWS Bedrock, Sydney region) for processing. Conversations are not stored. The chatbot does not receive your assessment answers, only the question you are currently viewing.
Deleting your data
To request deletion of your assessment data, your marketing consent record or a registration you sent us, email admin@iasohealth.com.au with 'data deletion request' in the subject line. Where a record sits with Zoho, we will request its deletion directly.
